Our Tempranillo Wine Line-Up
Our winemaking philosophy for these modern Spanish red wines is what we call the “Nuevo Vino” approach, where we put an extra special effort to promote the soft, generous fruitiness of the grapes, while retaining just the right amount of structure and complexity unique to the vineyards and soils of the Tierra de Castilla.
Tempranillo/Cabernet
The Cabernet brings bright raspberry and cherry notes to the classic plum and blackberry flavors of the Tempranillo. A warm, lively and juicy blend, balanced, well-structured with a nice acidity.

Tempranillo/Merlot
The Merlot's dark, plumy notes of mocha, espresso and spice blend perfectly with the Tempranillo's blackberry and plum flavors. The result is a medium-bodied, ripe, juicy wine with lush tannins that stands up to food, and is great on its own.

Tempranillo/Shiraz
This lush red is bold with a nice underlying fruitiness and velvety tannins. The spicy, dark cherry and chocolate flavors of the Shiraz are balanced by the Tempranillo’s earthy, blackberry-plum notes.

Tempranillo/Grenache
Light on the palate and very refreshing with soft tannins and a nice, crisp acidity. The Garnacha's bright raspberry and cherry notes bring out the earthy, blackberry-plum flavors of the Tempranillo.
