El Bulli has been awarded, several times, the title of the “Best Restaurant in the world” by The Restaurant Magazine. After my visit, I really understood why. Ferran Adria is not only a Chef, but an alchemist!! While in London, I was so excited to visit the Borough Market, a very nice market where you can buy delicious food to take home to cook, or just walk around and taste many of the products made in each stall. I love cheese, so one of my favourite moments was watching a raclette being made in a stall, ready to take away.

This week, Norman won Spain’s Principe de Asturias arts prize, Spain’s highest recognition in the art world, adding to the many prizes he already has. I think he is a genius and really deserves it.

Last week, we did a press check for the Tempra Tantrum labels. The colours looked great! It was so exciting to match and adjust the colours and see how they look printed on the labels… We did many proofs until we got the perfect colour!
